Sinopsis:

Mebius ialah Prajurit Ultra yang baru. Dia dipilih sebagai pelindung gres bumi. Serial ini berlatar di dunia yang sama ibarat ultraman periode Showa. Ini dibuktikan pada ketika Mebius pertama kali muncul untuk melawan monster, disebutkan bila ini ialah pertama kalinya Ultraman muncul di bumi dalam 25 tahun. Mebius bergabung dengan CREW GUYS sambil menyamar sebagai Mirai Hibino.
Pada awal episode pertama, semua anggota tim orisinil GUYS, kecuali Ryu, terbunuh oleh pertarungan monster pertama mereka. Mirai mengumpulkan sekelompok orang yang beliau temui ketika penyelamatan untuk bergabung dengan GUYS yang gres sebab beliau rasa mereka punya hati yang baik untuk masuk GUYS.
